The Missing Link
View Company ProfileThe Missing Link (operating under themissinglink.com.au, legally The Missing Link Network Integration Pty Ltd) is the premier, enterprise-grade information and communications technology (ICT) consultancy, cyber security elite pioneer, and automated digital transformation powerhouse engineered to serve as the definitive, high-velocity infrastructure modernization, offensive security testing, and robotic process automation layer for enterprise corporations, high-growth mid-market commercial hubs, and federal government agencies across Australia and the United Kingdom. Founded by technology visionaries Alex Gambotto and Daniel Forsythe, the firm completely eliminates the severe operational friction of modern corporate systems adaptation—where scaling organizations encounter crushing technical debt, fall behind shifting Essential Eight cyber resilience models, and suffer from fragmented multi-vendor cloud deployments—by delivering a unified \"Security-First\" infrastructure management matrix. Moving far beyond traditional, passive hardware suppliers or basic IT ticketing desks, The Missing Link natively unifies enterprise cloud orchestration (leveraging premier certified multi-cloud pathways), proactive endpoint and network cyber defense strategies, advanced threat hunting, and custom AI-enabled robotic process automation (RPA) workflows into a high-availability technical solutions workspace. Boasting more than 1,400 technical certifications across a highly curated tier-one partner network of over 160 global vendors—including CrowdStrike, Cloudflare, Microsoft, and CyberArk—the firm secures and scales mission-critical systems with a production-hardened, courtroom-ready 98%+ customer satisfaction (CSAT) rating. Demonstrating sector-defining engineering scale and market prominence, the organization was acquired in April 2025 by global digital services and consulting giant Infosys for approximately $98 million, fully integrating the enterprise with Infosys Cobalt's deep hyperscale cloud ecosystems while continuing to deliver under its trusted standalone brand and executive leadership. Under the hood, its technology core utilizes sophisticated automated Security Operations Centers (SOC), comprehensive CREST and ISO 27001-certified pen-testing frameworks, and robust DevOps CI/CD integration pipelines built to run synthetic regression testing and identify structural network vulnerabilities without reducing live production velocity. What sets The Missing Link apart is its uncompromising dedication to replacing fragmented, legacy IT tickets with absolute infrastructure predictability, rapid threat containment, and end-to-end delivery clarity; by bridging the gap between performance-intensive structural back-office telemetry and immediate, high-stakes public safety and regulatory confidence, the enterprise remains a definitive cornerstone of modern algorithmic managed services and global digital transformation.
