Blackpoint Cyber is the leading provider of world-class cybersecurity threat hunting, detection, and remediation technology. Founded by former National Security Agency (NSA) cyber operations experts, Blackpoint Cyber is in hyper-growth mode, fueled by a recent $190M Series C funding round.

The Role

As a Sales Enablement Manager, you’ll bridge Sales, Customer Success (CS), and Technical Support (TS). You’ll translate product releases, competitive positioning, and marketing messaging into actionable content and coach teams in the field. The role involves building scalable solutions—including AI-assisted tools—to keep teams informed and operational in a fast-moving environment.

In 2026, the focus is on tactical, high-frequency enablement: onboarding new GTM hires, product/campaign rollouts, competitive intelligence, and maintaining accessible, up-to-date content. As systems mature, this role will expand into deeper sales methodology, process, and discovery-skills work, particularly during key events like SKO (Sales Kickoff).

This role is remote within the USA, but candidates based in Denver, CO with a hybrid schedule are strongly preferred.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead onboarding for new GTM hires, focusing on product, tools, messaging, and industry context to reduce ramp time to productivity.

  • Translate content from Product and Product Marketing into role-specific sales language for BDRs, AEs, and AMs. Join team calls, build presentations, and ensure timely delivery ahead of releases and campaigns.

  • Deliver a regular cadence of competitive updates (e.g., market moves from key competitors) using tools like Claude to source and synthesize insights efficiently.

  • Keep the team current on cybersecurity trends, threats, and regulatory shifts to ensure authority in selling.

  • Maintain and evolve accessible, up-to-date enablement content, including leveraging tools like Teams’ internal CoPilot-built assistant (Scout).

  • Run lightweight certification and knowledge checks (e.g., quizzes, live sessions) to reinforce training and confirm adoption.

  • Partner with sales operations to support the effective use of current sales tools (CRM, sales engagement, conversation intelligence, etc.), including maintaining in-tool content.

  • Use conversation intelligence/call recording tools to monitor real-world application of training and share observations with the team.

  • Own the enablement portion of the team’s weekly sales meeting, including building the deck and presenting updates.

  • Gather qualitative feedback and observational signals (call reviews, rep/manager input, adoption of new content/tools) to assess training effectiveness, with plans for more quantitative measurement as data infrastructure matures.

  • Provide informal, as-needed coaching to reps based on call reviews and performance conversations.

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify emerging training gaps and prioritize enablement work against business needs.

  • Organize and coordinate internal webinars, lunch-and-learns, or similar sessions to keep the team engaged.

  • Partner with sales leadership to formalize and reinforce a sales methodology (e.g., building on existing frameworks like SPACT) and a consistent sales process.

  • Develop and deliver deeper training on discovery, consultative selling, objection handling, and solution selling.

What You’ll Bring

  • At least 5 years in sales enablement, training, or a similar technical role, preferably in cybersecurity or tech.

  • A deep understanding of cybersecurity products, solutions, and industry trends.

  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts simply and train both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Track record of building effective enablement solutions during transitions by prioritizing pragmatism and resourcefulness.

  • Strong knowledge of consultative selling, enablement strategies, and sales methodologies, with experience training sales and technical teams on cybersecurity products.

  • Skilled at managing competing priorities and expectations across Sales, CS, TS, Product, and Marketing, with the ability to push back constructively on lower-priority requests.

  • Exceptional communication skills for creating engaging content, leading training sessions, and providing feedback, both in-person and virtually.

  • Experience using or building AI-assisted tools (e.g., Copilot-based assistants, Claude) is a strong plus.

  • Analytical mindset for assessing training impact through qualitative and quantitative measures.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field (preferred). Relevant certifications in cybersecurity or sales methodologies are a plus.
