About Us
The Wall Street Quants is the fastest-growing bootcamp in our space, founded by real Wall Street quants and run by experienced entrepreneurs who have built and scaled businesses before. We prepare engineers, physicists, and mathematicians to transition into quantitative finance roles such as hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, and market makers.
The Role
This is a pure closing seat. No outbound, no sequences, no list building.
Your role will focus on RED HOT INBOUND LEADS. Around 80% of your time will be spent on scheduled video calls with prospects who have already expressed interest in the program after attending a full session. Most opportunities are resolved within one or two conversations.
The remaining 20% of your time will be dedicated to managing open opportunities on a deliberate cadence, confirming your upcoming calendar, and responding between calls. We ensure that no opportunities age quietly.
Key Responsibilities
Run scheduled consultations with prospective students, typically lasting 20 to 35 minutes.
Qualify prospects based on genuine fit and provide a straightforward answer, including when the answer is no.
Present pricing and financing options without discounting.
Handle objections related to price, timing, and confidence.
Manage open pipeline through to a decision.
Confirm upcoming calls to ensure attendance.
Keep CRM records accurate, with stages, next steps, and notes updated at all times. How Performance Works
Monthly targets are set for calls held and conversion rates. You will see your own performance numbers weekly. Coaching is provided through recordings of your actual calls, not general advice. New joiners follow a structured 90-day ramp-up period with progressively increasing targets.
Requirements
You must have 2+ years of experience as an Account Executive or senior SDR selling into the US market, carrying an individual quota.
You should be comfortable closing deals within one or two conversations rather than engaging in long enterprise sales cycles.
You need to know how to sell effectively. This includes running real conversations, uncovering the truth about what someone wants, handling objections on price, timing, and confidence, and asking for the decision.
You are a great student. We provide weekly coaching based on your recorded calls. Success here is achieved by those who take feedback and apply it immediately.
Fluent, natural English is required. Your accent should not require a US listener to concentrate, and prospects on imperfect connections should not need you to repeat yourself.
You must be available Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM US Eastern.
A professional video setup is required: a 1080p webcam at eye level, a headset with a dedicated microphone, a tidy and uncluttered background, and front-facing lighting. Laptop webcams and earbuds are not sufficient.
You need wired broadband with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload, plus a mobile hotspot as backup.
Disciplined CRM habits are essential: every conversation must be logged, and every opportunity must be kept current.
A Plus, But Not Required
Knowledge of quantitative finance, trading, or the markets is a plus, though not mandatory. We will teach you everything you need to know about the product and industry. You bring the selling ability and willingness to learn.

WallStreetQuants
View Company ProfileWallStreetQuants (operating at thewallstreetquants.com) is a quant-focused education platform designed to accelerate the careers of aspiring quantitative analysts and traders. Founded in 2021 and headquartered in New York, WallStreetQuants bridges the gap between theoretical finance knowledge and institutional-grade skills required to thrive in top-tier hedge funds, high-frequency trading (HFT) firms, and proprietary trading environments. Unlike traditional finance programs that lack hands-on application, WallStreetQuants delivers a structured bootcamp blending quant research, algorithmic trading, and interview preparation—all taught by former quants from elite Wall Street firms managing billions in assets. The curriculum covers core topics like statistical arbitrage, machine learning for markets, and portfolio optimization, while also simulating real-world trading challenges. This empowers STEM professionals and career-switchers to break into competitive quant roles with confidence. Though unfunded, the platform leverages its industry pedigree to deliver a rigorous, results-driven learning experience tailored to the demands of modern quantitative finance.
