Recruitment Administrator

You will keep hiring moving for a UK recruitment team, coordinating candidates and interviews so nothing sits still in the pipeline. It suits someone who is calm under a busy diary and takes pride in candidates being well looked after.

You will work 09:00-17:00 UK time (11:00-19:00 SAST) from home, with equipment guidance, a proper induction and a manager who is contactable through the day. This is a permanent role, not a short contract.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate interview scheduling across candidates and hiring managers
• Keep the ATS accurate and pipelines up to date
• Prepare candidate packs and interview confirmations
• Run right-to-work and reference checks
• Support onboarding paperwork for new starters
• Keep candidates updated at every stage so nobody goes quiet

What you'll need

• Two or more years in recruitment administration or busy scheduling
• Experience with an ATS such as Workable, Bullhorn or Greenhouse
• Confident, warm written English with candidates
• Comfortable juggling multiple diaries across time zones
• Reliable home internet and a quiet space for UK-hours work

Nice to have

• Exposure to UK right-to-work checks
• Experience in an agency environment
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter
