Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team members
- Handle email correspondence and respond to general enquiries promptly
- Maintain organised digital filing systems and administrative records
- Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars for senior staff
- Provide general administrative support across the business
Requirements
- Experience in a receptionist or front-of-house admin role
- Professional telephone manner and excellent written communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
