Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
QuickBooks & Bookkeeping: Posting student payments, checking for credit balances, pulling custom reports, making tuition adjustments via journal entries or credit memos, bank/credit card reconciliations, and setting up new accounts/classes.
PDF Document Assembly: Navigating a student database to pull specific financial, enrollment, and government documents. Combining 60 to 100+ pages into a single PDF in a strict checklist order for state, federal, and accrediting agency auditsāwithout printing or scanning.
Data Accuracy & Confidentiality: Handling highly sensitive information (Social Security numbers, student payment histories) and ensuring 100% accuracy.

Qualifications:
QuickBooks Expertise: Ability to set up new accounts/classes, perform bank reconciliations, and handle journal entries (debits/credits) and credit memos.
Accounting Background: Formal education in accounting (like a BS in Accountancy) or QuickBooks Advanced Certification is highly preferred. The client's top pick had both.
Advanced Excel: Must know Vlookup, pivot tables, and macros.
PDF Management: Proven experience combining, separating, and reorganizing 60-100+ page documents in a specific checklist order without printing.
High Accuracy & Speed: The client stressed there is "no room for error" when handling student financial data.
Strict Confidentiality: Must be willing to sign an NDA to handle sensitive data.
