They are currently hiring a Digital Marketing Project Coordinator to start immediately.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Marketing Project Management: Track campaign deadlines, coordinate requests between ownership and creative teams, attend daily check-ins and weekly property meetings, and follow up on outstanding projects.
- Website & Digital Presence: Update WordPress/Wix sites, manage online menus and business hours (OpenTable, Resy, Google), upload media, and review SEO checklists.
- Social Media Marketing: Schedule content (CloudCampaign), upload posts/reels, organize content libraries, coordinate photo/video shoots, and pull monthly analytics.
- Email & SMS Marketing: Build and schedule campaigns (Mailchimp, Sevenrooms), maintain customer databases, and create performance reports.
- Digital Advertising: Create and manage Meta Ads, monitor Google Ads, track budgets, and prepare monthly ad reports.
- PR & Influencer Marketing: Research and contact local media/influencers, coordinate visits, maintain databases, and track media placements.
- Reputation Management: Monitor online reviews (Google, Yelp, OpenTable), draft responses for approval, track review scores, and manage staff contests.
- Creative Support: Perform simple graphic updates in Canva (menus, event decks, sales materials).
- Reporting & Analytics: Compile monthly marketing reports across all channels, create tracking links, and use AI (ChatGPT/Claude) to generate executive summaries.

Qualifications:
- High reading, writing, and speaking skills. The role involves daily coordination, attending meetings, and professional outreach.
- Existing hands-on experience with required marketing and hospitality tools (WordPress, Mailchimp, Meta Ads, Canva, etc.) to minimize the learning curve.
- A background in hospitality, restaurants, or hotels is a massive plus, as the company supports 10+ food and hotel brands.
- Highly organized, capable of taking ownership of marketing project management, and maintaining professionalism to reduce the client's mental load.

- Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
- Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
