Psychiatrist - Telepsychiatry (Part-Time, 100% Remote)

ABOUT THE ROLE

Array is seeking a psychiatrist with an active Tennessee license for a 100% telepsychiatry position, working 16 hours per week remotely to serve patients from an FQHC. The patient population is ages 18+.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Provide a full range of psychiatric services, including assessment, evaluation, screening, diagnosis, and treatment.

• Analyze and evaluate patient data to diagnose behavioral health disorders.

• Direct psychotherapeutic treatments and prescribe medication for mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders.

• Collaborate with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and psychiatric nurses to discuss treatment plans and progress.

• Examine or order laboratory tests to assess general physical and mental health conditions.

• Participate in treatment team activities, including developing and reviewing treatment plans, and addressing patient refusal of treatment.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Active state license required.

• 1–3 years of experience since obtaining license.

• Intermediate to advanced experience with technology.

• Strong communication skills.

• Established and updated CAQH profile strongly preferred.

POSITION LOGISTICS

• 100% remote position.

• Private office space required for confidentiality.

• Array will support obtaining additional state licensure and DEA licenses, covering costs or reimbursing expenses.
