Job Description
LumiMeds is a fast-growing U.S.-based telehealth startup focused on weight management and long-term metabolic health. We are building the next generation of e-commerce and clinical infrastructure from the ground up.
As an early-stage company, we move quickly, operate with limited layers, and expect high ownership from every team member. There is no bureaucracy here — decisions happen fast, priorities evolve, and builders thrive.
We are a remote-first, globally distributed team that values clarity, accountability, and people who take initiative rather than wait for direction.

- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
- Provide patient education regarding treatment options, benefits, risks, and ongoing monitoring.
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Comply with applicable federal and state regulations governing telemedicine and controlled-substance prescribing.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted MD or DO license in at least one U.S. state.

- Eligibility to prescribe controlled substances in the states where patients are located, including any required state-specific registrations.
- Experience providing patient consultations and managing treatment plans.
- Strong understanding of patient safety, medical ethics, and clinical documentation.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and EMR systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT).
- Background in men’s health, hormone replacement therapy, endocrinology, urology, family medicine, or internal medicine.
- Experience working in telehealth or virtual clinical environments.
