About LumiMeds
LumiMeds is a fast-growing U.S.-based telehealth startup focused on weight management and long-term metabolic health. We are building the next generation of e-commerce and clinical infrastructure from the ground up.
As an early-stage company, we move quickly, operate with limited layers, and expect high ownership from every team member. There is no bureaucracy here — decisions happen fast, priorities evolve, and builders thrive.
We are a remote-first, globally distributed team that values clarity, accountability, and people who take initiative rather than wait for direction.
About the Role
You will own paid acquisition across major ad platforms while improving conversion rates and lifecycle performance. You will work closely with the Creative Director, product, and leadership to scale acquisition efficiently while maintaining compliance with platform and healthcare regulations.
You are not responsible for graphic design — but you must drive testing strategy and performance optimization.

Responsibilities:

You must understand advertising restrictions related to healthcare, medical claims, and regulated products.
2. Landing Page & Funnel Optimization (CRO)
- Improve and test multiple funnels
- Recommend landing page structure improvements
- Suggest pricing tests, bundling experiments, and offer adjustments
- Propose creative test variations to the Creative Director
- Improve checkout and subscription flow performance
Important: You do not design visuals, but you drive performance testing strategy.
3. Compliance & Platform Policy Awareness
- Ensure campaigns comply with platform ad policies (Google, Meta, etc.)
- Understand regulated marketing limitations (medical claims, disclaimers)
- Partner with internal stakeholders to prevent account flags or shutdown risk
- Maintain a risk-aware scaling strategy
4. Lifecycle & Retention (Critical Gap to Build)
Own and build our lifecycle marketing engine:
- SMS automation
- Email automation
- Abandoned cart flows
- Post-purchase sequences
- Subscription retention campaigns
- Win-back flows
Goals:
- Increase LTV
- Improve retention rates
- Reduce churn
- Personalize messaging based on behavior
Experience with Klaviyo, Attentive, Postscript, or similar platforms preferred.
5. Analytics & Attribution
- Build reporting dashboards
- Monitor CAC, ROAS, CVR, AOV, and LTV
- Understand subscription economics (LTV > CAC model)
- Improve attribution clarity across channels
- Inform budget allocation decisions using data
What Success Looks Like
- Scalable paid acquisition without compliance risk
- Improved landing page conversion rates
- Strong subscription retention engine
- Predictable unit economics
- Clear reporting and budget confidence
