Board Certified/Board Eligible Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist (100% Telepsychiatry) - Missouri License Required

ABOUT THE ROLE

Array is seeking a board certified/board eligible child and adolescent psychiatrist with an active Missouri license for a 100% telepsychiatry position, working 34 hours/week remotely. The role involves providing services to patients aged 5-18 through a Community Mental Health Clinic. Experience in Community Mental Health is required, including familiarity with this patient population.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Provide a full range of psychiatric services, including assessment, evaluation, screening, diagnosis, and treatment for assigned patients.

• Analyze patient data and test findings to diagnose behavioral health disorders.

• Direct psychotherapeutic treatments and prescribe medication for mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders.

• Collaborate with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and psychiatric nurses to discuss treatment plans and progress.

• Examine or order laboratory tests to assess general physical and mental health conditions.

• Participate in treatment team activities, including developing and reviewing treatment plans, and addressing patient refusal of treatment.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Active state license required.

• 1-3 years of experience since obtaining license.

• Intermediate to advanced experience with technology.

• Strong communication skills.

• Established and updated CAQH profile strongly preferred.

POSITION LOGISTICS

• 100% remote position.

• Private office space in home or elsewhere required for confidentiality.

• Support provided for obtaining additional state licensure and DEA licenses, with costs covered or reimbursed.
