About the Role
(Remote outside of NYC Metro, Hybrid 1-2 days if based in NYC Metro)
We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to support go-to-market execution across Nabla's product suite. You'll start by driving GTM initiatives, positioning, and sales enablement across multiple products in our portfolio — then, as you build context and prove impact, transition into full 0-1 ownership of specific products, taking them from early definition through launch and market traction.
This is a great fit for someone who wants breadth before depth: exposure across our full product line first, with a clear path to owning your own piece of the roadmap end-to-end.
What You'll Do
Now: GTM Execution & Portfolio Support
- Execute go-to-market strategies for new products and major feature launches across the product suite
- Craft positioning and messaging for multiple products, grounded in buyer personas, pain points, and market needs
- Build sales enablement assets — decks, one-pagers, battlecards — in partnership with Content Marketing
- Use competitive intelligence to sharpen messaging and inform GTM decisions across the portfolio
- Partner with Demand Gen on programs that drive pipeline, adoption, and expansion
- Support Customer Success with onboarding and adoption content
- Contribute to product positioning at industry events
Next (in the coming months): 0-1 Product Ownership
- Take full ownership of go-to-market strategy for one or more specific products in the portfolio, from early-stage definition through launch
- Own positioning, narrative, and launch planning for your product(s) independently
- Partner directly with Product and Engineering leads on your product(s) as a named GTM counterpart, shaping roadmap input from a market perspective
- Define and track success metrics for your product's launch and adoption
Your DNA
Experience & Skills
- 5+ years of product marketing experience in enterprise software, AI, or SaaS (healthcare a plus, not required)
- Track record executing GTM programs across multiple products or a product suite
- Comfortable with ambiguity and eager to grow into an ownership-style role
- Experience using competitive intelligence and market insight to shape messaging
- Strong written and verbal communication; able to translate complex, technical product capability into clear, audience-specific narrative
- Effective cross-functional collaborator, including with Product, Sales, and CS
Mindset
- Self-starter who takes ownership without needing heavy oversight
- Energized by fast-moving, high-growth environments
- Excited by the idea of growing into owning a product outright — not just supporting others' launches
Candidates must be currently authorized to work in the United States and must be able to maintain authorization to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

Nabla
View Company ProfileNabla is a pioneering HealthTech company that develops an ambient AI assistant specifically designed to eliminate clinical burnout and streamline medical documentation. The core product, Nabla Copilot, operates by securely and passively listening to doctor-patient consultations—both in-person and via telehealth—and utilizes advanced speech recognition and natural language processing (NLP) to instantly generate comprehensive, structured clinical notes (such as SOAP notes). Their primary target audience consists of physicians, specialized clinics, and large hospital networks seeking to reduce the massive administrative burden placed on healthcare providers. Under the hood, Nabla’s proprietary machine learning models are trained on vast amounts of medical terminology, ensuring high accuracy while maintaining strict HIPAA and GDPR compliance, as no audio is stored after processing. What sets Nabla apart is its seamless integration into major Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and its highly intuitive interface, allowing doctors to focus entirely on patient care rather than staring at a screen and typing.
