The role of a Product Manager, Admin & Buyer Experience at Superhuman involves owning the entire arc of enterprise email adoption for Mail, from initial evaluation to full team deployment.
About Superhuman
Superhuman is the AI productivity platform dedicated to unlocking superhuman potential in everyone. Their suite of apps and agents integrates with over 1 million applications and websites, including writing assistance, collaborative workspaces, inbox management, and proactive AI assistance. With over 40 million users, 50,000 organizations, and 3,000 educational institutions worldwide, Superhuman empowers users to eliminate busywork and focus on what matters.
The Opportunity
Enterprise email adoption is different from consumer email adoption. Someone must convince leadership that Mail will transform their team’s workflow, make a compelling case to internal stakeholders, and encourage a shift in habits that have persisted for a decade. This is the core challenge of the role.
Superhuman Mail is recognized as the fastest email experience globally and is highly favored by users. While individuals can adopt it quickly, organizations require proof, champions need convincing tools, and teams must transition smoothly without losing productivity.
The Product Manager, Admin & Buyer Experience will oversee the entire buyer journey for Mail, from evaluation to deployment, ensuring that the product is both compelling and easy to implement. This role is focused on the buyer-facing aspects of the product, not compliance or queue management.
You will work closely with economic buyers, IT admins, and internal champions, collaborating with Sales and Customer Support teams. The goal is to identify and address the key barriers to purchasing the product, partnering with customers to understand their needs and drive expansion.
In This Role, You Will:
- Own the product roadmap for Mail's admin and team-management experience, including usage visibility, activity and adoption reporting, and audit and access visibility that enterprise IT expects.
- Own the enterprise onboarding and migration experience, making it effortless for new teams to adopt Mail.
- Provide champions with tools to make internal cases for Mail, including clear evidence of usage, benefits, and organizational value.
- Define and improve the entire enterprise buyer journey, covering evaluation, pilot, deployment, expansion, and renewal.
- Build a shared, prioritized view of enterprise needs with Sales and Customer Support, distinguishing between recurring patterns and one-off requests, and communicate trade-offs clearly.
- Collaborate with platform, security, and compliance teams to ensure Mail integrates seamlessly with the suite’s identity, provisioning, and governance foundation without duplication.
- Measure critical metrics such as activation, early-week retention, feature adoption for enterprise teams, and admin surfaces that prove value to buyers.
- Shape the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and define the Product Market Fit journey.
Qualifications
- Possess 4+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on admin, account management, onboarding, or usage-analytics products in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Have direct experience working with enterprise buyers and admins, with a track record of unblocking deals or deployments through product work.
- Understand the enterprise IT landscape, including SSO, SCIM, RBAC, audit logging, and provisioning, to design and partner effectively with security and compliance teams.
- Experience with both self-serve and enterprise sales motions, understanding how product-led funnels operate within large organizations.
- Ability to design for multiple distinct user types, including IT admins, end users, and procurement stakeholders.
- Proven ability to build simple experiences on top of complex systems.
Competencies
- Enterprise Empathy: Deep understanding of IT admins and economic buyers, their workflows, constraints, and how to earn their trust.
- Commercial Judgment: Ability to differentiate between real patterns and isolated escalations, partnering closely with Sales and CS, setting realistic expectations, and maintaining a clear roadmap.
- Systems Thinking: Design for scale and consistency across products while preserving flexibility, anticipating edge cases, and building robust systems.
- AI-First Operator: Embed AI into daily workflows, rituals, and decision-making processes, demonstrating fluency and curiosity in AI to enhance speed, quality, and customer impact.
- Extreme Ownership: Act with full responsibility for outcomes, both personal and company-wide, without compromising collaboration.
- Results Driven: Persistent pursuit of results, proactive initiative-taking, and agile course-correction when necessary.
- Customer-Centered Innovator: Redesign experiences to create AI-native magic, delivering faster, smarter, and more effective workflows with measurable outcomes.
- Low Ego: Prioritize company success over personal gain, focusing discussions on results and amplifying success.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, manage multiple projects efficiently, collaborate cross-functionally, and thrive in fast-paced environments.

Superhuman
View Company ProfileSuperhuman is an AI-native productivity platform designed to eliminate the friction of modern work. Originally known as Grammarly (the famous AI writing assistant), the company acquired the collaborative document platform Coda, and later acquired the ultra-fast premium email client Superhuman in 2025. Following these massive acquisitions, the parent company completely rebranded itself from Grammarly to 'Superhuman.' Their mission is to close the 'AI productivity gap.' Instead of making you open a separate AI chatbot and manually type prompts, Superhuman integrates proactive AI agents directly into your emails, documents, and browser tabs, allowing humans and AI to seamlessly work together everywhere work happens."
