Procurement Administrator (Remote, UK-Based Employer)

The Procurement Administrator will run the purchasing process for a UK business, from requisition to receipt.

Key Responsibilities:

• Raise and issue purchase orders against approved requisitions
• Chase suppliers on order confirmations and delivery dates
• Match invoices to orders and resolve pricing discrepancies
• Maintain supplier records, pricing lists and contract dates
• Report on spend, savings and open order status

What You'll Need:

• Experience in procurement, purchasing, or buying administration
• Experience with an ERP or purchasing system such as SAP, NetSuite, or Sage
• Confident with spreadsheets for spend analysis
• Comfortable negotiating dates and pricing with suppliers
• Accurate record-keeping and document control

Nice to Have:

• Experience with UK supplier bases
• CIPS certification or study towards it
• Experience with tender or RFQ processes
