Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end customer interactions, resolving complex queries with precision and professional empathy.

• Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client needs and high satisfaction scores.
• Accurately document customer feedback and service interactions in the internal CRM to facilitate ongoing product improvements.
• Maintain the highest standards of communication that reflect the luxury and innovation associated with the Mercedes-Benz brand.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written) is required for this role.
• Proficiency in English to effectively collaborate within our international team.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate your move to our beautiful hubs.
• A passion for the automotive industry and a strong commitment to providing excellent service.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer relations is highly preferred for this Portuguese-speaking job.
