We are currently seeking dedicated professionals to join our team as Polish Speaking Transportation Customer Experts in Greece. Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients within the transportation sector, resolving inquiries with speed and precision.
• Manage complex scheduling and booking requests to maintain the efficiency of logistics operations.
• Provide expert support regarding transportation policies, tracking, and service guidelines to Polish-speaking users.
• Collaborate with international teams to troubleshoot transportation discrepancies and service delivery issues.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering professional and empathetic communication.
• Document all transportation service interactions accurately within our internal CRM systems.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of customer experience processes in the transportation industry.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Polish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Proficiency in English for internal reporting and team collaboration.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, ideally within a customer service or transportation environment.
• Ability to thrive in a remote work setting while maintaining productivity and professional standards.
