Key Responsibilities

• Maintain digital community standards by reviewing and moderating user-generated content in Polish.
• Ensure all social media interactions align with brand safety policies and global guidelines.
• Identify and escalate complex content trends to relevant stakeholders within the social media organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve moderation efficiency and user experience.
• Deliver accurate reporting on content moderation metrics to uphold high-quality community standards.
• Stay updated on evolving trends and safety protocols within the fast-paced social media industry.
• Foster a positive and safe online environment for users across various digital platforms.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Polish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece.
• Strong cultural awareness regarding Polish digital trends and social media etiquette.
• Proficiency in English for reporting and internal team communications.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in content moderation or customer-centric roles is considered an advantage.
