The Role

We are currently scouting for sophisticated professionals to fill the Polish Speaking Pandora Customer Experts position in Greece. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-end, personalized support to clients regarding premium jewelry collections.
• Maintain the prestige of the brand by providing professional, articulate communication in Polish.
• Assist with inquiries related to bespoke orders, luxury gift services, and premium shipping logistics.
• Resolve customer concerns with the grace and attention to detail expected in the luxury goods sector.
• Act as a brand ambassador, reflecting the sophistication and high standards of the Pandora legacy.
• Manage order processing and account management through our sophisticated internal CRM systems.
• Collaborate with international teams to maintain consistent service quality across all touchpoints.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Polish (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills suitable for the luxury goods industry.
• A refined, customer-centric mindset with a passion for high-end retail.
• Professional demeanor and the ability to work in a remote environment within Greece.
• Previous experience in luxury customer service or premium client relations is highly preferred.
