Job Overview
This is a senior, cross-functional role focused on owning Jane’s core platform positioning, messaging architecture, and claims strategy. You’ll ensure Jane is positioned as the practice management platform of choice for health practitioners across North America.
Key Responsibilities
Own Jane's core platform positioning, messaging architecture, and claims strategy. Steward the brand-level value proposition, communication pillars, and proof points. Act as a key voice in pricing conversations, bringing platform value framing, competitive intelligence, and funnel performance data to inform packaging and pricing decisions.
Connect our story to product roadmap. Partner closely with Product to ensure integrated campaigns align with upcoming features. Translate product strategy into positioning before it ships, setting up future messaging.
Partner with growth channels. Shape audience targeting, messaging, and funnel motion for trial experiences. Collaborate with Web and Design to refine information architecture and test-and-learn approaches for the website.
Empower frontline teams. Build talk tracks, competitive responses, and messaging frameworks to ensure consistent communication of Jane’s platform value during customer interactions.
Required Experience
7+ years in Product Marketing or a closely related role, with experience at the platform or brand level.
Demonstrated strength in customer-backed positioning and messaging architecture.
Experience partnering on PLG motions, including funnel strategy, trial optimization, and self-serve acquisition.
Comfort working from product strategy and roadmap inputs, translating them into positioning.
Experience with SaaS pricing and packaging strategy, including competitive analysis and willingness-to-pay research.
High comfort working on the website as a marketing channel, including information architecture and cross-functional collaboration.
Strong enablement instincts for frontline teams, ensuring they have the tools for better conversations.
Analytical skills to work with funnel and campaign data, and strong writing abilities for shaping copy and messaging.
Experience in healthcare SaaS or a highly regulated vertical is a plus.
Ability to build playbooks from ambiguity and pressure-test ideas.
