Key Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated PA support to a senior executive or director
- Manage complex diaries, travel itineraries and meeting logistics
- Draft and proofread correspondence, reports and presentations
- Act as a gatekeeper, screening communications and prioritising requests
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a PA or executive assistant
- Exceptional organisational skills and ability to anticipate needs
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities
