Position Overview

We are seeking a highly autonomous, multi-disciplinary, and results-driven Performance Marketer to take absolute strategic ownership of our unified growth marketing ecosystem under a permanent, full-time remote configuration open to candidates across the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Belarus, Bulgaria, and Hungary. This position shatters traditional isolated boundaries by merging full creative strategy, heavy paid media buying, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) into a single, cohesive profit engine. Shifting completely away from routine non-regulated data transcription entry, entry-level website theme alignment, or abstract branding essays, you will run an active high-volume multi-channel scaling, conversion split-testing, and automated audience attribution laboratory. Working as an in-the-trenches builder rather than a distant dashboard viewer, you will lead our creative strategists and partner directly with internal media squads and the founders. This position requires an e-commerce growth authority with 5+ years of history (including 2+ years leading acquisition cells) who guides marketing systems fluidly natively using SEO and direct-response parameters, manages massive budgets exceeding $500K+/month across Meta and Google pipelines, constructs full-funnel tracking architectures, and engineers continuous feedback loops that convert raw performance signals into scalable winning revenue loops.

Key Responsibilities

  • Unified Growth System Governance: Direct and synthesize the end-to-end performance marketing ecosystem—interlocking creative vision, cross-channel media deployment, and landing page conversions natively utilizing SEO and direct-response methods.
  • Creative Strategy Leadership: Guide, review, and collaborate with creative strategists on high-volume asset hooks, visual angles, and copywriting concepts, translating live traffic data into crisp, performance-driven creative briefs.
  • High-Spend Media Buying Strategy: Manage and optimize high-budget campaign architectures, bidding tiers, and scaling boundaries across paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok) and search networks (Google, Pinterest, Native ads).
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Ownership: Claim full performance accountability over checkout tunnels, landers, pre-purchase advertorials, and offer pages, designing systematic A/B split-tests on copy variants and user experience paths.
  • Data Feedback Loop Instrumentation: Build and enforce the automated reporting infrastructure that channels downstream conversion bottlenecks directly back to media buying and asset creation units.
  • Full Customer Journey Diagnostic: Troubleshoot funnel leakage points, distinguishing precisely whether conversion drops represent traffic quality fragmentation, targeting drift, or asset degradation.
  • Portfolio Revenue Scaling: Act as a strategic partner to the founding team, deploying lean deployment roadmaps to transition a fast-growing portfolio of consumer brands from 7-figures into 8-figures and beyond.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5+ years of proven professional history operating inside a Performance Marketing Director, Head of Growth, Growth Marketing Lead, Senior Media Buyer, or identical DTC data-driven client acquisition capacity.
  • Frontline Management Pedigree: A minimum of 2+ years of dedicated professional experience leading or directing e-commerce growth cells, with deep hands-on familiarity handling media budgets over $500,000+/month.
  • Extensive history deploying, structural engineering, and measuring conversion funnels, landing architectures, and direct-response multi-tier offer frameworks.
  • Advanced analytical skills, with a proven capability to pull raw telemetry files from multiple ad managers and stitch them into clear, profit-focused attribution reports.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication strengths in English, with an established capability to translate complex analytics data into actionable strategic paths for founders and design specialists.
  • Location Context: Position operates under remote guidelines open exclusively to qualified performance marketing authorities residing permanently within the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Belarus, Bulgaria, or Hungary.
