Position Overview

We are seeking a highly systematic, fast-moving, and performance-obsessed Graphic Designer to join our core creative testing engine under a permanent, full-time remote configuration open across the Philippines, Indonesia, Pakistan, and Serbia. This high-volume seat completely avoids traditional slow-paced abstract branding modules, localized website layout tweaks, or administrative transcription data entries; you will be a direct-response creative powerhouse responsible for churning out at least 70+ converting static ad images per week. Operating closely alongside creative strategists, you will step into an active rapid prototyping and split-testing conversion laboratory where the sole north star metric is click-through performance and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). This position requires a digital designer who structures ad concepts fluidly natively using Graphic Design and direct-response primitives, manipulates Figma or Photoshop in minutes rather than hours, translates benefit-driven hooks and social proof cues into scroll-stopping layouts, and adapts layouts aggressively based on real-time paid traffic analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • High-Volume Static Ad Generation: Produce 70+ high-converting static ad graphics and promotional images weekly across a diverse portfolio of consumer brands natively utilizing Graphic Design standards.
  • Scroll-Stopping Direct Response Design: Construct marketing creatives engineered specifically to capture immediate attention, stop the user scroll, and optimize click-through volumes on major networks (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest).
  • Rapid Iteration & Framework Adaptation: Work directly from creative briefs, template libraries, and proven ad frameworks to turn around multiple asset adjustments in minutes.
  • Hook & Context Variation Extraction: Build diverse variations of winning core concepts, systematically testing alternative headlines, urgency elements, benefit callouts, color matching, and call-to-actions (CTAs).
  • Strategic Concept Synchronization: Partner hand-in-hand with embedded creative strategists to brainstorm novel graphic angles, native user-generated content (UGC) styles, and conversion triggers.
  • Asset Management Infrastructure Control: Maintain strict, highly organized asset tracking and cloud file repositories across multiple distinct product lines to prevent operational bottlenecks.
  • Daily Output Cadence Execution: Consistently meet aggressive daily and weekly asset generation targets, taking full responsibility for performance quality and volume velocity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1-3+ years of proven professional history operating inside a Direct-Response Graphic Designer, E-commerce Performance Designer, Digital Ad Creator, or closely matching tech-brand visual production capacity.
  • Expert Creative Stack Command: Production-grade tool fluency utilizing Figma, Adobe Photoshop, or Canva to assemble, modify, and export visual sets rapidly.
  • Demonstrated experience designing high-converting static visual ad configurations specifically tailored to paid social channels (Meta, TikTok, or Pinterest ads).
  • Profound structural grasp of direct-response design concepts, understanding how to prioritize headline scale, benefit copy visibility, visual hierarchy, and CTA clarity over mere abstract aesthetics.
  • Exceptional speed and adaptability, with a proven ability to process iterative adjustments under tight timelines without breaking output standards.
  • Highly autonomous self-starter comfortable handling highly structured, repetitive, and process-driven design tracks under minimal oversight.
  • Location Context: Position operates under 100% remote guidelines open exclusively to qualified digital graphic builders residing permanently within the Philippines, Indonesia, Pakistan, or Serbia.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

  • Prior experience or direct portfolio history building high-converting statics for prominent Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) or e-commerce consumer brands.
  • Grounded understanding of paid advertising metrics (such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS indicators) and how graphic choices influence data trends.
  • Familiarity leveraging cutting-edge AI design accelerators or generation tools to shorten background isolation, asset masking, and copy iteration steps.
  • A portfolio displaying native, authentic-feeling, or user-generated style ad layouts that perform under high media spend filters.
