People Partner (HRBP) - GTM Org

Job Overview

WeTravel is seeking a People Partner to join our growing People team. This high-visibility, cross-functional role involves partnering with 10 senior leaders and 250 WeTravellers across the US, LATAM, and APAC to drive people strategies, build high-performing teams, and support organizational growth.

You’ll own the full people partnership for our GTM org — Commercial, CX, and Finance/Ops — helping leaders make sharper people decisions, designing org structures, and shaping compensation, performance, and talent strategies.

The role requires a balance of strategy and delivery, from challenging org design decisions to handling complex employment cases and improving performance management systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Commercial, CX, and Finance/Ops leadership to translate business priorities into tangible people strategies.

• Serve as the primary People advisor to GTM leaders, coaching them on organizational, talent, and employee decisions to build stronger, more effective teams.

• Provide direct support on complex or sensitive people matters, including compensation, promotions, relocations, and terminations, while adhering to US multi-state employment law.

• Advise leaders on headcount planning, role scoping, and hiring strategy to ensure top talent acquisition.

• Use people data and org-specific metrics (e.g., attrition, ramp time) to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions.

• Drive change management and communication for company-wide People initiatives.

• Bring an independent People perspective to leadership decisions, challenging assumptions and balancing business priorities with sound people practices.

Why You Should Apply

• You have 7+ years of HRBP experience, including 2+ years supporting a Sales/GTM or commercial client group in a high-growth SaaS/tech environment.

• Experience advising Directors, VPs, and/or C-level leaders in a scaling organization.

• Strong understanding of employee relations, performance management, and org design, with a practical, solutions-oriented approach.

• Commercial judgment and experience working with senior commercial leaders, including coaching managers on performance, development, and difficult conversations.

• Background in people operations (not just recruitment), with US multi-state employment law expertise and regional employment law knowledge.

• Comfortable with data and analytics, able to build and interpret people dashboards to influence decisions.

• Strong judgment and discretion in navigating complex, sensitive people situations.

• Curious, low-ego, and collaborative, willing to roll up sleeves and address problems proactively.
