Stafi
View Company ProfileStafi is a specialized remote staffing and virtual assistant agency dedicated exclusively to transforming how modern law firms operate and scale. Founded with roots in Miami and a strong operational footprint across Latin America, the company addresses the critical administrative bottlenecks that prevent attorneys from focusing on billable work and client advocacy. Under the hood, Stafi sources, rigidly vets, and deploys highly qualified, bilingual (English and Spanish) nearshore professionals to serve as dedicated paralegals, intake specialists, receptionists, and legal assistants. Unlike traditional, hands-off Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firms, Stafi operates more like a strategic growth partner. They run their talent through "Stafi University," equipping them with specialized legal training, and provide continuous support via dedicated coaches for language, wellness, and task resolution. Their primary target audience consists of overworked law firm owners, personal injury practices, and legal entrepreneurs who need to sustainably scale their operations, reduce overhead, and improve 24/7 client intake without compromising on the quality or confidentiality of their legal work.
