Recently ranked #11 on the 2025 Deloitte Tech Fast 50! Now is an exciting time to join our team. Initially co-founded by Marco Pierre White and leaders in the food tech scene, we’re now a 200+ person scaleup growing fast and making waves in the industry.
Why You’ll Love Working With Us
- A genuinely global role—you'll support People & Culture across multiple markets and time zones, not just one office
- A fast-growing scaleup where your work is visible and valued, not lost in process
- A varied mix of recruitment, programs, and systems work—no two weeks look the same
- A supportive, close-knit global People & Culture team who will invest in your growth
- Real ownership from day one, with the backing of an experienced team when you need it
A Day-in-a-Life of our P&C Coordinator
This role is the engine room of our global People & Culture function. About 70% of your time will be spent on recruitment coordination, communication, and supporting hiring needs—keeping our hiring pipeline moving smoothly across every market we operate in. The remaining time is spent supporting our HRIS systems and processes, and helping roll out new People & Culture programs as we launch them.
You'll be the person candidates and hiring managers can rely on to keep things moving—scheduling interviews across time zones, keeping candidates warm and informed, and making sure our employer brand shines through.
What You'll Own
Recruitment Coordination, Communication & Employer Branding (~70%)
- Coordinate interview scheduling and communication across candidates, hiring managers, and panels—across multiple time zones
- Own the candidate experience end-to-end: timely updates, clear communication, and a smooth, professional process from first touch to offer
- Support employer branding initiatives—job ad copy, careers page content, social/LinkedIn presence, and other ways we tell our story to candidates
- Maintain recruitment trackers, pipelines, and reporting so hiring managers and the global People & Culture team always know where things stand
- Support onboarding coordination for new hires across markets
HRIS, Systems & Programs (~30%)
- Support the day-to-day administration of our HRIS—data accuracy, employee records, and system updates
- Help document and improve People & Culture processes as we scale
- Provide coordination and admin support for new People & Culture programs as they're launched (onboarding, engagement, learning & development, compensation cycles, etc.)
- Help troubleshoot day-to-day system and process questions from employees and managers
You have...
- 3+ years’ experience in a People & Culture, HR, Talent Acquisition, or recruitment coordination role
- Experience supporting global or multi-country teams—comfortable working across time zones and cultures, not just a single local market
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Hands-on experience with an HRIS or similar HR system (e.g., Employment Hero, Workable, BambooHR, or equivalent)
- Strong organizational skills and real comfort juggling multiple moving parts at once
- A proactive, no-task-too-small mindset—you take pride in the details that make a process feel professional
It would be extra awesome if you also had...
- Experience in a fast-growing tech or startup environment
- Exposure to HR programs beyond recruitment—onboarding, engagement, or learning & development
- Experience working with teams in Australia, the UK, or the US
You are...
- Organized, dependable, and calm under a full plate
- A clear, warm communicator who makes candidates and managers feel looked after
- Comfortable working asynchronously and flexibly with people in different time zones
- Detail-oriented, especially when it comes to data and process
- Excited to grow your People & Culture career inside a genuinely global function
If you do a good job...
You'll become the person our global People & Culture team and hiring managers trust to keep recruitment and people operations running smoothly, wherever in the world they're happening. You'll have the chance to grow beyond coordination into broader People & Culture ownership as our global footprint—and our team—continues to grow.
Maybe this role is not for you if...
- You are not confident in your English skills
- You prefer working with one local team rather than juggling multiple markets and time zones
- You need heavy structure and direction to stay on top of your work
- You find repetitive processes and system admin draining rather than satisfying
- You're not comfortable with the pace and ambiguity of a scaleup
One last note: even if you feel that you don’t meet all the criteria above, we encourage you to apply. Past work experience is not the only indicator of future success, and we are on the lookout for hungry talent who wants to grow with us. So if you want to be a part of something remarkable, then we’re excited to hear from you.
