The Role
We’re seeking a Paid Media Consultant based in the Philippines to initially work as an independent contractor, with potential for full-time permanent employment. This hands-on role focuses on managing Paid Media campaigns, primarily across Google Ads, with the possibility of supporting other platforms based on experience and client needs.
You’ll typically manage 15–20 smaller client accounts, depending on their size and complexity. Training on our proven campaign strategies will be provided, and account assignments will be tailored to your experience. Responsibilities include campaign execution, optimization, reporting, and performance analysis. As you grow, you’ll also support client communication and contribute to broader campaign strategy.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys campaign management, thrives on data, and wants to grow within a high-performing remote team.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize daily campaign performance across Google Ads and other paid media platforms.
- Monitor and track ad campaign budgets daily to ensure pacing and efficiency.
- Deliver weekly performance reports and actionable insights.
- Conduct ad hoc deep-dive analysis and reporting focused on campaign results.
- Support A/B testing and experimentation strategies.
- Collaborate with the Head of Performance Lite Paid Media on campaign strategy.
- Communicate performance updates and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
- Share proactive insights and best practices suggestions to the wider team.
- Suggest improvements and identify opportunities for campaign expansion.
- Stay open to learning new platforms (e.g., TikTok Ads).
Requirements
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing performance campaigns (Google Ads).
- Fundamental skills in Excel or Google Sheets (training provided).
- Strong attention to detail.
- High level of project management experience.
- Clear communicator and dependable team player.
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently.
- Data-driven with a process-oriented approach to campaign execution.
- Comfortable adapting quickly to campaign performance changes.
Preferred (But Not Required):
- At least 1 year of agency-side experience.
- Google Looker Studio experience.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and other similar analytics platforms.
- Confidence in communicating with internal clients and presenting insights.
- Experience with A/B testing tools and campaign tracking implementation.
- Knowledge of Tag Manager and Search Console.
- Enhanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, charts).
- Experience managing performance campaigns on Meta Ads.
