Online Casino Specialist

B2Spin is looking for an Online Casino Specialist to own our games roadmap and lobby experience. You'll sit at the intersection of data, product, and player experience — making strategic decisions that shape what our players see, play, and love. What you'll do

• Own the games roadmap end-to-end — develop and execute a portfolio strategy that keeps our content fresh, competitive, and aligned with business priorities across teams.

• Drive lobby performance — strategically position games to maximise engagement, retention, and revenue, using data to continuously refine layout, categorisation, and visual presentation.

• Turn metrics into action — monitor lobby and portfolio performance (traffic, popularity, revenue) and translate findings into clear, timely optimisation decisions.

• Build strong provider relationships — collaborate with game suppliers to manage delivery pipelines, secure new content, and keep launches on schedule.

• Shape cross-functional strategy — partner with product, marketing, and customer support to align roadmap initiatives with promotions, acquisition goals, and broader business objectives.

• Be the internal expert — act as the go-to resource for games and lobby best practices, providing guidance and training to teams across the business.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years in online casino operations, with hands-on experience in games roadmap or lobby management — this is non-negotiable.

• Strong analytical mindset — comfortable interpreting performance data, spotting trends, and making confident, evidence-based decisions.

• Deep industry knowledge — solid understanding of game providers, player preferences, and the regulatory landscape shaping Social Casino and iGaming.

• Project management chops — able to juggle multiple workstreams, hit deadlines, and stay organised when priorities shift quickly.

• Natural collaborator — confident working across teams and with external partners, with clear and compelling communication at every level.

• Nice to have: experience with A/B testing or lobby experimentation frameworks, or familiarity with Free-to-Play Social Casino mechanics specifically.
