Commercial Analyst

B2Spin is looking for a Commercial Analyst to sit at the heart of our data and commercial strategy, turning complex performance data into clear, decisive action. You'll own the analytical frameworks that keep our portfolio of gaming brands sharp and growing — partnering across marketing, product, and operations to ensure every decision is grounded in insight, not assumption.

What you'll do

• Drive brand performance across a portfolio of gaming brands, diagnosing what's working, what isn't, and leading the charge on initiatives that move the needle on growth and efficiency.

• Transform data into strategy by surfacing trends, uncovering opportunities, and delivering recommendations that directly shape how the business operates and competes.

• Own our performance reporting — designing and maintaining dashboards in Tableau, Looker, or equivalent tools so that KPIs are visible, meaningful, and acted upon.

• Raise the commercial team's analytical bar by building best-practice frameworks, standardising processes, and creating a culture where insight and knowledge are shared freely.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations to align brand strategies with company-wide goals, keeping everyone pulling in the same direction.

• Present to senior leadership with confidence and clarity, translating data complexity into compelling narratives that drive aligned, informed decisions.

• Champion analytical innovation, continuously evaluating emerging methodologies and technologies to keep B2Spin's commercial intelligence ahead of the curve.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a commercial or business analyst role, with a track record of shaping strategy through data rather than just reporting it.

• Strong hands-on proficiency in SQL and at least one major data visualisation platform — Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.

• A demonstrable ability to build and embed knowledge-sharing or best-practice frameworks within a team environment.

• Solid understanding of the gaming industry — consumer behaviour, market dynamics, and the metrics that matter in a Free-to-Play or social casino context.

• Excellent communication skills: equally comfortable writing a crisp exec summary and presenting live to a senior leadership team.

• A proactive, solutions-first mindset that thrives in a fast-moving, performance-oriented environment.

Bonus points for:

• Experience with Python or similar programming languages for deeper analytical work.

• Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, or predictive analytics.

• Hands-on experience with advanced analytical frameworks or emerging technologies applied to commercial problems.
