Office Furniture Designer

The Office Furniture Designer role at Outsourcing Advantage (OSA Global) involves creating accurate, functional, and visually appealing office furniture layouts for US-based clients. This boutique business process outsourcing provider specializes in back-office and customer support services.

The ideal candidate must be highly proficient in Giza 2020 / 2020 Office (Cyncly) and Adobe Illustrator, with strong experience in office furniture design, space planning, and creating detailed furniture layouts. This role requires excellent attention to detail, the ability to interpret floor plans and project requirements, and strong English communication skills when collaborating with clients, sales teams, designers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Create 2D and 3D office furniture layouts using Giza 2020 / 2020 Office (Cyncly).
• Design layouts for workstations, cubicles, private offices, conference rooms, and other commercial spaces.
• Develop design presentations and visual concepts using Adobe Illustrator.
• Review floor plans, dimensions, and project requirements for accuracy.
• Incorporate client feedback and design revisions.
• Select appropriate furniture configurations based on space, functionality, and client requirements.
• Maintain accurate design files and documentation.
• Collaborate with clients, sales teams, designers, and project stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
