The Role

We are currently seeking a motivated professional to join our client’s global team in Athens for a Norwegian Speaking Search Engine Customer Expert position in Greece. Key Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for users, providing expert technical support within the Information Technology sector.
• Optimize search engine experiences by providing analytical insights and troubleshooting technical queries in Norwegian.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering precise, professional, and efficient solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest IT trends and search engine product developments to provide informed advice.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Norwegian (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Strong proficiency in English for professional collaboration within our international IT environment.
• Proven interest in technology and an aptitude for navigating complex software interfaces.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in customer service or IT support is considered a distinct advantage.
