Key Responsibilities

• Provide world-class support to subscribers of the world's leading streaming platform via chat, email, and phone.
• Troubleshoot technical playback issues to ensure a seamless viewing experience for our global audience.
• Assist users with account management, subscription inquiries, and billing questions with precision and empathy.
• Represent the streaming brand with a professional tone, maintaining high standards of quality and service.
• Act as a brand ambassador, helping users navigate the latest content features and platform updates.
• Collaborate with international teams to share insights and improve customer satisfaction metrics.
• Maintain accurate records of user interactions within our industry-specific CRM systems.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Norwegian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport or work permit for Greece.
• Strong passion for the streaming platforms industry and modern entertainment technology.
• Previous experience in customer service or tech support is highly valued but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new software interfaces quickly.
