Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting for software and hardware inquiries in Norwegian.

• Maintain detailed documentation of IT cases within the internal CRM system to ensure knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Norwegian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece.
• Demonstrable passion for technology and a desire to build a career in the IT industry.
• Exceptional communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Professional proficiency in English, as it is the primary internal business language.
• Ability to relocate to Athens for this onsite position.
