Want to know if you're a match for this job?
As Manager, Large Enterprise Expansion Sales, you'll lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives responsible for growing Scribe's largest existing customer relationships. You'll coach your team through complex, multi-stakeholder deals as they introduce new products and capabilities to organizations with 10,000+ employees, driving forecast predictability and building a repeatable Enterprise expansion motion as Scribe scales.
What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives managing expansion within Scribe's largest existing customer accounts
- Drive accurate forecasting and disciplined pipeline management across a portfolio averaging $200K ACV deals
- Coach your team through complex, 90 day sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and executive level relationships
- Build account plans that identify new expansion opportunities and position additional Scribe products to new buyers within existing accounts
- Partner with Customer Success, Product Marketing, RevOps, Enablement, and Product to equip your team to deliver strong customer outcomes while growing revenue
- Establish the coaching, enablement, and development practices that turn Enterprise expansion into a repeatable, world class motion
- Get embedded in your team's deals and customer strategy, providing hands on support at critical moments in the sales cycle
What We're Looking For
- You've managed Account Executives for 5+ years, including about 3 years leading teams inside a high growth startup
- You've led Enterprise AEs who grew revenue within strategic accounts, not just closed net new logos
- You've managed teams selling into organizations with 10,000+ employees, and know what it takes to navigate complex buying groups
- You've coached AEs closing six figure ARR deals, with deal sizes around $200K ACV and sales cycles near 90 days
- You've led teams expanding existing accounts through net new product and platform sales, not renewals
- You're rigorous about forecasting, pipeline management, and deal inspection, and know how to build that rigor without slowing your team down
