Want to know if you're a match for this job?
Performance marketing is the engine behind Scribe's growth, and we've 3X'd it in the past year. We're looking for a Director of Performance Marketing to own the entire program across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, and emerging channels, and lead the team that runs it. You'll report to the Director of User Acquisition and have real ownership over strategy, testing, and budget for one of the most productive growth engines in SaaS.
What You'll Do
Own Scribe's global performance marketing program across all major channels, driving measurable, efficient customer growth
Set the strategy: vision, testing priorities, and investment frameworks tied to company-level growth goals
Turn strategy into action, using first-principles thinking to identify and scale the channels and tactics that move the needle
Own channel performance and budget pacing, continuously improving efficiency and finding new pockets of growth
Partner with marketing analytics, finance, and growth to translate business objectives into media plans and spend allocations
Build and mentor a high-performing team, developing future channel leaders and setting the bar for media buying and experimentation
What We're Looking For
You've scaled multi-channel performance marketing programs to $100M+ in combined annual spend
You've led and developed teams of media buyers, analysts, or channel specialists for 3+ years
You have deep, hands-on experience running at least two major platforms among Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and Reddit
You're fluent in modern measurement, MMM, geo testing, incrementality studies, and experimentation frameworks
You understand media buying mechanics and auction dynamics well enough to know how creative, targeting, and bidding decisions actually drive performance
You build systems, not just campaigns: strong frameworks for experimentation and channel mix optimization are second nature to you
