Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, connection-obsessed, and systems-minded Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our dedicated Enterprise Scale group under a permanent, full-time remote engagement framework based in Serbia. Operating as a core contributor to the stability, scalability, and performance of Scribe’s core multi-tenant functionalities, your technical responsibilities will traverse frontend frameworks, heavy backend architectures, and high-load cloud data layers. Shifting completely away from routine standalone script writing, simple website visual adjustments, or isolated data formatting tasks, you will run an active high-concurrency request engineering, asynchronous task distribution, and automated infrastructure validation laboratory—partnering face-to-face with core software architects, product managers, user advocates, and data engineering teams. This position requires a full-stack engineering veteran with 5+ years of craft depth who builds resilient systems fluidly natively using Python frameworks, designs interactive data interfaces cleanly natively utilizing React and TypeScript, and orchestrates enterprise security boundaries confidently under high market velocities.

Key Responsibilities

• Core Backend Infrastructure Governance: Architect, extend, and optimize backend microservices and relational database access patterns cleanly natively utilizing Python with the Django framework, preserving low-latency execution signals under high system loads.
• Frontend Component Engineering: Design and execute responsive, performant user interfaces, building highly structured single-page applications and client-side modules leveraging React, NextJS, and TypeScript.
• Asynchronous Task Management: Develop and calibrate complex background workers and scheduling loops natively utilizing Python scripts via Celery and AmazonMQ distributed tracking networks.
• Automated Quality Gate Integration: Champion strict software engineering best practices by authoring thorough automated verification tests to support continuous code integration.
• Enterprise Features Implementation: Research, wire, and maintain core enterprise-level configurations—including Single Sign-On (SSO/SAML), SCIM identity provisioning, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and detailed system audit logs.
• Cloud Topology Collaboration: Collaborate closely with infrastructure pods to scale runtime configurations, managing data flows across cloud networks powered by Terraform and AWS.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of verified professional full-stack software development experience building, debugging, and running production applications end-to-end.
• Expert-tier backend engineering command navigating relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred) and server layers natively utilizing Python with the Django framework.
• Extensive frontend history constructing modern web applications, demonstrating complete familiarity handling React, NextJS, and static TypeScript types.
• Proven capacity writing deep automated test frameworks and integrating software verification metrics into distributed development cycles.
• Outstanding written and spoken communication precision in English, with the willingness to navigate ambiguity and partner within high-accountability remote environments.
• Location Context: Position is open exclusively to qualified full-stack developers living permanently inside Serbia to execute an autonomous work-from-home remote track.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

• Prior experience operating inside a rapid, fast-moving venture-backed startup ecosystem or developer tooling platform.
• Direct domain experience managing heavy computational event cycles, cache clusters (Redis), or microservice networks.
• Familiarity with enterprise identity synchronization protocols, compliance frameworks, or token-based credential managers.
