Position Overview
We are seeking a highly autonomous, channel-fluent, and change-management proficient Lead Enterprise Revenue Architect to serve as the principal strategic partner to our largest and most complex customer portfolios under a permanent, full-time remote configuration based in the United States. In this senior client-facing technology advisory seat, you will hold ultimate ownership over driving macro revenue transformation and maximizing customer lifetime value across the entire sales lifecycle. Shifting completely away from routine non-regulated administrative data entry logs, basic marketing copywriting lists, or standard helpdesk customer support routing, you will operate an active cross-functional workflow architecture, predictive value realization, and enterprise revenue acceleration laboratory. Partnering directly with senior VP and C-suite stakeholders, you will translate complex, legacy customer sales processes into automated, AI-driven workflows that maximize user adoption, protect contractual retention, and trigger continuous upsell engines. This position requires an enterprise account or revenue operations authority with 10+ years of high-value account history who maps customer buyer journeys fluidly natively using Sales Representative and revenue primitives, demonstrates exceptional data-driven consulting habits, and thrives inside high-paced, ambiguous startup ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Transformation Governance: Partner directly with executive Go-To-Market (GTM) leaders to design, deploy, and execute long-term strategic blueprints that modernize revenue operations through Gong’s AIOS natively utilizing Sales Representative practices.
- Workflow Architecture Instrumentation: Audit, document, and map current-state customer operational processes to construct predictive, AI-driven digital workflows that directly accelerate pipeline conversions.
- Adoption & Change Management Control: Execute data-driven enablement initiatives and change management tracks to embed Gong’s platform into daily team habits, maximizing key persona engagement.
- Value Realization Diagnostics: Leverage deep data insights and business intelligence analytics to systematically quantify and present tangible business outcomes that demonstrate Gong’s ROI and strategic economic value.
- Renewal and Expansion Triage: Own, structure, and execute comprehensive contract renewal strategies, partnering with cross-functional account teams to maximize retention indices and uncover expansion whitespace.
- Cross-Functional Tribe Synthesis: Coordinate seamlessly next to internal Sales, Product Management, Support, Engineering, and Field Marketing cells to guarantee an exceptional customer experience across the global journey.
- Technical Strategy Evangelism: Challenge conventional operational wisdom, acting as a highly visible internal and external authority on how revenue teams maximize efficiency with applied AI tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of 10+ years of proven, successful professional history operating within an Enterprise Account Director, Revenue Operations Consultant, Strategic Success Architect, GTM Solutions Specialist, or closely matching high-leverage business development capacity.
- Expert Enterprise Stakeholder Command: Documented track record autonomously managing relationships, multi-threaded alignment meetings, and high-value value conversations with VP and C-suite corporate executives across Fortune 500 or major commercial accounts.
- Demonstrated experience executing complex organizational adoption blueprints, driving structural behavioral shifts, and turning ambiguous client pain points into clear data-driven roadmap priority milestones.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and visual presentation communication strengths in English, with an exceptional ability to handle intense contract negotiations and align disparate technical/business teams.
- Location Context: Position operates under remote parameters open exclusively to qualified enterprise technology solutions and sales authorities residing permanently within the United States.
Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)
- Prior platform background or architectural implementation experience building software networks focused on Revenue Intelligence, conversation intelligence platforms, CRM automation, or B2B sales enablement.
- Deep vertical domain knowledge of modern predictive sales forecasting methodologies, conversational NLP token tracking, or multi-tier enterprise tech stack consolidation models.
