We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join a growing company operating in the food manufacturing industry. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships with key modern retail chains across Poland, driving sales growth, and successfully introducing new products to the market.
The ideal candidate has proven experience working with major retail chains, with hands-on experience managing the Żabka account being a mandatory requirement. You will also be responsible for developing cooperation with other leading retailers, including Lidl, Biedronka, Kaufland, and other modern trade customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand cooperation with key modern retail chains, including Żabka, Lidl, Biedronka, Kaufland, and other strategic customers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers and key decision-makers.
- Lead commercial negotiations and manage customer agreements.
- Prepare commercial offers, sales plans, and business development initiatives.
- Deliver agreed sales targets and business objectives.
- Drive successful product listings and coordinate new product launches within retail networks.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand product distribution.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of commercial initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Key Account Manager within the FMCG or food industry.
- Proven experience managing the Żabka account.
- Demonstrated success in listing and launching new products within the Żabka retail network.
- Experience working with other modern retail chains such as Lidl, Biedronka, Kaufland, or similar.
- Strong understanding of modern retail buying processes and commercial negotiations.
- Established relationships with retail buyers and key decision-makers.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong commercial mindset with a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Good command of English.
