Key Responsibilities

• Provide world-class support to Italian-speaking clients managing vehicle rental reservations across the tourism sector.

• Resolve billing and contract-related queries efficiently to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with international rental partners to ensure seamless service delivery for travelers.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in our internal CRM systems.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling opportunities for vehicle upgrades and premium insurance packages.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate your transition to our office in Sofia.
• Previous experience in the tourism, hospitality, or customer service sector is considered a significant advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for travel and client success.
