Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level support for cybersecurity software and security protocols to Italian-speaking enterprise clients.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Prior experience or a strong educational background in IT, customer support, or the cybersecurity industry.
• Excellent analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving in a digital environment.
