Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to Scalable Capital users regarding banking inquiries and investment account management.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism while navigating complex banking regulations and security protocols.
• Assist clients with onboarding, document verification, and transactional queries with precision and empathy.
• Act as a brand ambassador for the banking sector by providing clear, accurate, and helpful information to Italian-speaking customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical or financial issues reported by end-users.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer experience metrics by providing constructive feedback to management.
• Handle sensitive financial data with the utmost confidentiality and in full compliance with GDPR and banking security standards.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Strong interest in the banking and fintech sectors, with a proactive approach to learning financial products.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills suitable for high-level banking correspondence.
• Ability to work on-site in Athens, Greece, as part of a multicultural professional team.
• Previous experience in customer service or a finance-related background is highly desirable.
