Insurance Administrator

You will keep a UK insurance broker's policies, renewals, and client records accurate, ensuring that cover is never missed and clients are never chased twice. This is a hands-on role where accuracy and follow-through matter every day, and you will be trusted to work independently without being micromanaged. You will also be part of a supportive remote team, with regular check-ins, clear priorities, and the tools needed to excel from day one, so you always know what constitutes high-quality work.

You will work UK business hours (09:00–17:00 UK, 11:00–19:00 SAST) from home, as part of a South African team placed directly with established UK employers. Remote Recruitment supports you from placement onwards.

Key Responsibilities

• Process new policies, renewals, and mid-term adjustments
• Prepare quotes and documentation for clients
• Update the broker management system accurately
• Chase insurers and clients for outstanding items
• Diary renewals well ahead of expiry

What You'll Need

• Experience in insurance or broker administration
• Confident with a broker system such as Acturis or Open GI
• Strong attention to detail
• Clear written English
• Comfortable working to renewal deadlines

Nice to Have

• CII or similar study progress
• Experience with commercial or personal lines
• Excel reporting
