Own and drive DotActiv’s inbound marketing methodology by combining AI-assisted content creation with internal domain knowledge. This role requires an execution-focused marketer who can manage our graphic designer, interview technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and leverage modern AI tools to maintain a high-volume, high-quality inbound engine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbound & Content Execution: Drive the inbound marketing engine by planning, producing, and distributing articles, case studies, emails, and lead magnets aligned with customer journeys.
  • AI-Powered Workflows: Actively use generative AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude) to draft, repurpose, and scale written content efficiently without sacrificing tone or technical accuracy.
  • SME Knowledge Extraction: Interview internal product specialists and industry experts to extract domain knowledge and convert it into high-value marketing assets.
  • Graphic Designer Management: Direct the workflow, deadlines, and output of the in-house Graphic Designer to ensure visual content supports copy and brand guidelines.
  • Funnel & Asset Optimization: Monitor core inbound metrics (traffic, conversion rates, MQLs) using CRM/marketing platforms and iterate on underperforming assets.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in B2B content marketing or inbound marketing (SaaS/Software experience is a strong advantage).
  • Daily proficiency using AI tools to accelerate research, copywriting, and content ideation.
  • Solid understanding of inbound marketing fundamentals, lead generation funnels, and SEO basics.
  • Capability to coordinate visual creative work, manage content calendars, and keep production on schedule.
  • Exceptional written English skills with a sharp eye for editing and technical accuracy.

Dotactiv is the premier, enterprise-grade category management, planogram automation, and retail space optimization powerhouse engineered to operate as the definitive data infrastructure layer for global FMCG retailers and suppliers. Operating as a mission-critical visual merchandising engine, the company eliminates the severe operational friction of traditional retail space planning—which frequently suffers from disconnected inventory telemetry, manual layout drafting, and unoptimized shelf-share allocation—by deploying its full-stack category management software suite. Moving far beyond traditional legacy drawing tools or static database spreadsheets, Dotactiv empowers retail merchandisers, space planners, and brand suppliers to dynamically synchronize their real-time sales performance data, macro-space floor layouts, micro-space planograms, and localized assortment plans with elite, scalable, and audit-ready precision. Under the hood, their sophisticated proprietary data core—bolstered by cluster-based product assortment algorithms, automated shelf-space optimization telemetry, and deep data integration wrappers—natively orchestrates high-concurrency planogram rollouts, data-driven space utilization analytics, and comprehensive inventory reporting. What sets Dotactiv apart is its uncompromising dedication to complete category management orchestration; by bridging the gap between performance-intensive, large-scale retail data engineering and accessible, high-velocity visual planning interfaces, the platform enables modern retail networks to radically maximize shelf-space profitability, eliminate systemic stockout bottlenecks, and build an unassailable foundation for continuous commercial growth.
