Acorns is seeking a Growth Partnerships Associate to support the day-to-day operations of our Earn (marketplace) and Growth partnerships. In this role, you will manage partner relationships, collaborate cross-functionally to launch and update partners, and help bring new growth opportunities to life while supporting Acorns’ mission of making financial wellness accessible to all.

Acorns is a remote-first organization, offering the flexibility to work remotely while providing optional access to office space in Irvine, CA.

What you will do at Acorns:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations and account management for Acorns’ Earn (marketplace) partners, serving as a key point of contact
  • Work cross-functionally to launch new Earn partners and update existing partner offers, ensuring a smooth end-to-end process
  • Support Growth partnerships by collaborating with Creative, Legal, and Compliance teams to launch new partners on time and on brand
  • Monitor partner performance, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities to strengthen and grow existing relationships
  • Help maintain partner documentation, timelines, and processes to keep launches organized and on track

What you will bring to Acorns:

  • 1–3 years of experience in partnerships, account management, business development, or a related role, ideally at a consumer or fintech company
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple partners and cross-functional workstreams at once
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a track record of collaborating across teams such as Creative, Legal, and Compliance
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach to solving problems and keeping partner launches moving
  • Hunger to deliver game-changing products that impact the lives of millions
