The Role
This is an excellent opportunity to start or grow your career in business development and lead generation as part of EXUS’ redesigned Growth Engine. Each Growth Executive owns one market, reports to the Growth Manager, and contributes directly to SQL targets through disciplined weekly execution.
You will create and maintain prospect leads in HubSpot, execute weekly lead measures, support email and LinkedIn activity, use AI to increase productivity, and provide accurate performance updates for the Growth Manager’s monthly reporting.
This role is designed for someone with the right attitude, strong growth potential, and a hunter mentality. We do not expect you to know everything from day one; we will provide the training and tools needed to help you succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Market Ownership: Execute activities for one assigned market by understanding priority segments, target accounts, prospect triggers, and outreach focus.
- Lead Creation: Create and maintain prospect leads in HubSpot, ensuring information is accurate, complete, useful for follow-up, and aligned with the market strategy.
- Weekly Execution: Complete 100% of agreed weekly lead measures and commitments, including emails, LinkedIn touches, follow-ups, research, and testing new ideas.
- CRM Hygiene: Maintain HubSpot with updated activity, status, notes, prospect interactions, lead-measure inputs, and SQL-related contribution so the team can trust the data.
- LinkedIn Outreach: Execute LinkedIn activity with fluency, professionalism, and consistency, using approved senior EXUS LinkedIn profiles where directed.
- Outreach Support: Support email, LinkedIn, and campaign activities with clear, relevant, and professional communication tailored to the assigned market.
- AI Productivity: Use AI tools to save time, improve research, draft outreach, summarize information, prioritize activity, and reinvest capacity into high-value prospecting.
- Reporting: Track lead measures and SQL contribution, sharing timely updates that feed the Growth Manager’s monthly reporting by market and channel.
- Learning & Feedback: Learn from the Growth Manager and peers, ask questions, improve based on feedback, and share ideas to improve market execution.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with Growth, Sales, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Account Managers, and performance colleagues to support market goals.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in a business-facing role, such as sales, business development, PR, events, recruitment, partnerships, or customer-facing operations.
- High curiosity, positivity, resilience, and eagerness to learn and grow.
- Strong discipline and self-motivation, with the ability to follow through on weekly commitments and lead measures.
- Comfort with proactive outreach, experimentation, follow-up, and learning from rejection.
- Comfort with learning new tools and using AI to improve productivity while maintaining quality.
- Good written communication, attention to detail, and professional judgment in prospect-facing activity.
- Strong interest in business development, technology, financial services, international markets, or ABM execution.
- Previous exposure to LinkedIn, CRM tools, outbound emails, research, or customer-facing work would be considered a plus.
- Strong written and spoken English; additional languages are valued.
Training and Support:
- You will receive training and support in HubSpot (CRM), HubSpot hygiene standards, SQL tracking, and lead-measure discipline.
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn outreach, and prospect research methods.
- EXUS Financial Suite, target markets, ICPs, ABM approach, and outreach messaging.
- AI tools for research, writing, prioritization, productivity, and reporting support.
