Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with social media safety guidelines and legal policies.
• Analyze complex reports of policy violations, including harassment, misinformation, and sensitive content, to maintain a safe digital environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine trust and safety workflows within the fast-paced social media industry.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and efficiency while handling sensitive data and community escalations.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that platform interactions reflect the values and safety standards of the social media community.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of moderation processes, specifically tailored for the Greek-speaking digital market.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Greek (spoken and written) is mandatory to succeed in this role.
• Valid EU passport or work permit allowing for employment within Bulgaria.
• Proven passion for social media trends and a keen interest in digital trust and safety.
• Excellent analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Professional proficiency in English to collaborate with our diverse, international team.
