  • Represent PeopleCert and LANGUAGECERT at international conferences, exhibitions, government meetings and industry events.
  • Monitor global market trends, competitor activities and emerging business opportunities, providing strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Maintain an accurate global opportunity pipeline and sales forecasts using CRM systems.
  • Deliver ambitious revenue, partnership and market expansion targets aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure all activities are aligned with the company's core values — Quality, Innovation, Passion, Integrity, Clarity and Velocity.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, International Business, Marketing, Education or a related discipline.
  • MBA or postgraduate qualification will be considered an advantage.
  • Minimum of 10 years of international business development experience, with at least 5 years in a senior commercial leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing international markets and delivering significant commercial growth.
  • Demonstrated experience in franchise development, channel development, strategic partnerships or international market expansion.
  • Extensive global network across education, certification, assessment, EdTech, government or workforce development sectors.
  • Experience working with investors, education entrepreneurs and strategic partners across multiple regions.
  • Strong understanding of international education ecosystems and English language assessment markets.
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills with experience engaging C-level executives and government officials.
  • Experience developing business across global markets.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify, evaluate and execute complex international business opportunities.
  • Experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM or equivalent CRM platforms.
  • Advanced written and spoken English (C2 level certification desirable). Additional international languages will be considered an advantage.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally on a regular basis.

What we offer:

  • Competitive remuneration package including performance-based incentives.
  • Opportunity to lead the global expansion of a strategic PeopleCert product.
  • Work within an international, dynamic and innovative environment.
