Position Overview

We are seeking a highly dynamic, results-driven Marketing Manager - China to join our core centralized Growth department in a full-time remote capacity, with primary location anchors in Beijing or Shanghai, China. In this high-leverage and strategic position focused on our flagship Language Qualifications portfolio, you will step up to claim true individual operational and strategic accountability for spearheading our end-to-end commercial marketing engines within the local Chinese market. Shifting completely away from routine administrative scheduling, generic template translation, or passive agency oversight, you will act as a principal brand architect—translating complex global educational strategies into highly performant regional campaigns. This position requires an enterprise marketing veteran with 3+ years of dedicated B2B and B2C history who builds omni-channel acquisition funnels fluidly natively using Facebook Ads localization parameters, monitors regional target user engagement smoothly natively using Social Media Manager optimization playbooks, and commands integrated database architectures confidently inside fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Local Marketing Strategy Execution: Formulate, monitor, and execute comprehensive local marketing plans across mainland China, ensuring absolute tactical alignment with global company objectives and revenue metrics.
  • Value Proposition Customization: Translate, adapt, and clearly articulate our unique language qualification value propositions, ensuring marketing messages resonate accurately with Chinese corporate clients and individual consumers.
  • Omni-Channel Content Localization: Lead the creation, optimization, and localization of marketing collateral, web content, and brand narratives, guaranteeing strict cultural relevance while maintaining global brand identity standards.
  • Digital Campaign Architecture Management: Design, launch, and manage sophisticated digital marketing campaigns, utilizing data analytics tracking to maximize market share, user interaction, and client conversion velocities natively leveraging Facebook Ads methodologies.
  • Social Media Channel Optimization: Own and govern the brand local social media ecosystem, continually auditing local accounts to expand audience reach and interaction parameters natively utilizing Social Media Manager guidelines.
  • Offline Event and PR Leadership: Plan, organize, and execute high-impact offline marketing events, professional seminars, and local Public Relations (PR) initiatives to bolster brand visibility and market authority inside regional education hubs.
  • Actionable Market Research Production: Conduct systematic consumer behavior analysis, evaluate shifting buyer preferences, and track local competitor movements to deliver high-integrity market insights back to central product steering boards.
  • Cross-Functional Global Realignment: Partner in lockstep with distributed international marketing, product development, and sales operations squads to ensure cohesive cross-border execution speeds.
  • Data Governance and CRM Triage: Log, manage, and track local lead generation workflows and pipeline indicators within enterprise customer relationship platforms, specifically utilizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of verified professional history running advanced digital marketing operations, cross-channel B2B/B2C brand management, educational product promotion, or corporate conversion consulting.
  • Mandatory Cross-Functional Marketing Focus: Documented, hands-on history executing a hybrid blend of both digital advertising and offline event management (experience within the professional certification, language testing, or ed-tech sectors will be considered a massive asset).
  • Deep, authoritative technical command of localized consumer behavior, multi-channel attribution networks, campaign performance indicators, and digital content optimization.
  • Expert-tier capability writing compelling ad text, structuring promotional frameworks, and deploying localized target parameters natively utilizing Facebook Ads structures.
  • Practical operational familiarity monitoring channel communities, tracking interaction rates, and organizing multi-platform media content natively using Social Media Manager protocols.
  • Advanced computer literacy and systems agility, showing comfortable mastery navigating enterprise CRM platforms (such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Salesforce).
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication traits in fluent English, meeting or exceeding an advanced C2 level framework, ensuring total confidence when speaking across multi-national corporate cells.
  • Compliance and Security Notice: Position requires the absolute readiness to undergo rigorous background screening checks equivalent to the UK Home Office Secure English Language Test (SELT) criteria (including identity, residence, and criminal record verification) prior to handling any official service duties.
