Key Responsibilities

• Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates within the digital music and streaming industry to provide expert guidance.
• Document user feedback and common technical issues to assist in the continuous improvement of the streaming platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer escalations effectively and professionally.
• Participate in regular coaching sessions to enhance performance metrics and quality scores.

Requirements

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is essential for this role.
• Proficiency in English to communicate within our international work environment.
• Valid EU passport or valid Greek work permit.
• Strong passion for the streaming platforms industry and digital media trends.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer-centricity.
• Ability to thrive in a remote work environment while remaining fully integrated with our team culture in Greece.
