Fullstack Engineer

We are building our network of experienced Fullstack Engineers who can contribute across the entire software development lifecycle.

The ideal engineer is comfortable moving between frontend interfaces, backend services, APIs, databases, testing, and cloud environments. You should be able to take a feature from concept through implementation and deployment while collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers.

Key Responsibilities

Fullstack Development

• Design and develop end-to-end features across frontend, backend, and database layers.
• Build responsive and accessible web applications.
• Develop scalable backend services and RESTful APIs.
• Design and maintain database schemas.

Frontend Engineering

• Build modern interfaces using React, Vue.js, Angular, or similar frameworks.
• Focus on performance, usability, accessibility, and maintainability.

Backend Engineering

• Develop APIs and backend services using Node.js, Python/Django, Ruby on Rails, or similar technologies.
• Integrate third-party APIs and external services.

Testing & Quality

• Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high engineering standards.

Technical Collaboration

• Participate in architecture discussions and technical planning.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers.
• Translate product requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Performance & Infrastructure

• Identify performance and scalability bottlenecks.
• Contribute to cloud deployments and monitoring.
• Improve developer tooling and engineering processes.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of professional Fullstack Engineering experience.
• Strong experience with at least one modern frontend framework: React, Vue.js, Angular
• Professional experience with at least one backend language/framework: Node.js, Python/Django, Ruby on Rails, Similar.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience with: PostgreSQL, MySQL, Relational database design
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and clean-code principles.
• Proficiency with Git.
• Experience with collaborative development workflows, including pull requests and branching strategies.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.
• Strong English proficiency (C1)

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• TypeScript across frontend and backend: Next.js. AWS, GCP, or Azure, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Redis, MongoDB, NoSQL databases, Open-source contributions,
• Strong GitHub or public engineering portfolio.
