We are currently searching for a dedicated professional to join our client's operations in Sofia for a French Speaking Logistics & Delivery Advisor position in Bulgaria. This role is perfect for a supply chain enthusiast who is eager to drive operational efficiency within a fast-paced, international logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for French-speaking clients regarding complex logistics and delivery inquiries.
• Coordinate supply chain documentation to ensure seamless cross-border shipments and timely delivery schedules.
• Analyze and resolve delivery discrepancies by communicating effectively with internal warehouse teams and external logistics partners.
• Monitor real-time tracking systems to proactively identify and mitigate potential transit delays.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing transparent updates and accurate logistics data.
• Collaborate with international departments to optimize supply chain processes and improve service quality.
• Provide insightful reporting on delivery performance to management, contributing to the continuous improvement of the logistics network.

Requirements

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport is required for all candidates applying for our French-speaking jobs.
• Previous experience in the Logistics & Supply Chain industry is highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and professional proficiency in English.
